I'm getting Really frustrated waiting for a response from the email customer service system. I never even received a confirmation email. I even contacted the Sony customer service who said that my code was for the wrong region. This seems to be a common problem. This isn't really a strong start for Square after the first FFxiv flop. I was looking forward to playing with my husband who will be using the PC version. But I can't even down load it. I would really live to be issued a new code... but the fact that the only form of support I can get is through a clearly bogged down and under staffed emailing service is sub-par at best. When other MMO's react to problems like this much faster.
