I was issued an EU code instead of a NA code for PS3

I'm getting Really frustrated waiting for a response from the email customer service system. I never even received a confirmation email. I even contacted the Sony customer service who said that my code was for the wrong region. This seems to be a common problem. This isn't really a strong start for Square after the first FFxiv flop. I was looking forward to playing with my husband who will be using the PC version. But I can't even down load it. I would really live to be issued a new code... but the fact that the only form of support I can get is through a clearly bogged down and under staffed emailing service is sub-par at best. When other MMO's react to problems like this much faster.

Ditto. I sent me support ticket on the 21st and I haven't had a response beside a generic 'we will respond' email. No responses via Twitter neither. I can't afford to wait on hold on the phone, so I am gonna join the FFXIV chat queue. Which is hidden away on the support site. (You need to go into FFXIV support and not FFXIV:ARR support.)

EDIT: Apparently their 'Chat service is currently unavailable'. SIGH. They haven't even acknowledged the PS3 issue on their twitter. They've only 'fixed' the PC region issues. sighighighighi-duck.

Not having customer service available to your BRAND NEW CLIENT BASE for a BRAND NEW GAME on a huuuuge milestone (such as early release) is detrimental to your ability to make money, keep players interested, and entice new players.... GG Square.
