Second Service Account and In-game Items

i pre-ordered my digital CE from square-enix and received 2 codes. when i redeemed the first one, that gave me the 20-character code for EA (as confirmed by the email) and was able to add it to my first service account (FINAL FANTASY XIV 1 - also used during beta tests). i redeemed the second 18-character code and that gave me a new 20-character code. i also registered the new 20-character code and it created a second service account for my SE account.

i'm able to play at EA using either service accounts but my concern is will the early access in-game items, as well as the CE in-game items be put on the new service account (FINAL FANTASY XIV 2 - did not create this one, it appeared after redeeming the second batch of codes).

i also saw the post here in the forums suggesting a request for transfer of service. will doing that only move my supposed to be in-game items or will it delete the character information of my original account?

yup so many ppl have this, you have to contact SE and wait for 2 more days business :/

guess there's no option other than to wait.. it's ok as long as we still get our in-game items and retain our characters at the same time.
