When a company you supported TWICE poops in your face

So I preordered FF XIV CE 1.0 and upon ARR's preorder availability I preordered the CE on PS3 on Amazon.

My preorder key has not given me a valid US EA code and after 2 tickets with NO RESPONSE, hope from the twitter post that it is fixed, trying it and having it NOT work (it rendered the SAME EU key that is not valid on US PS Store) I feel pooped on.

Does anyone have a US PS Store EA key? I have an EU key for trade.

Also, I can't get in to EA without this key registering, apparently because the launcher says I have no valid service account. This is supposed to be a technical support forum but I don't see ANY support from SE.

Probably just the NA/EU area ...

they have to make sure their JP servers and customers are 110% happy with everything before they even consider the other 4-5 million players

So far this is a very smooth launch. It's nowhere near as bad as the launches or Everquest, FFXI, WoW, Guild Wars, Diablo 3, Sim City and many others. Just calm down, take a few breaths and relax.

The only MMO that didn't have any problem on prerelease was Rift. and because of hours-long queue they defined.
FFXIV problems (mainly the duty-things) isn't much.
