

Surely its not up to us to tell SE to contact BT - Didnt Yoshi say something that he'd personally written a letter to be sent to all ISPs before the release of ARR.The reason that the connection is so patchy is because BT count it as a P2P connection. The exact same thing happened with Rift in beta except it was much more widespread so it was solved much earlier. It can be easily fixed by Square getting in contact with BT which is exactly what BT support suggests when you contact them.
