Log in, can run around, everyone seems to move, then pause, no attacks work

Hello,

So it seems that i am fortunate to not get Error 9000, but sadly when I join none of my moves register and the game seems to run, pause, run, damage done eventually.

Its like the game is out of sync and it might be lag, but I am unsure if its just me or not. Any ideas what I can do to test?
