Log in, can run around, everyone seems to move, then pause, no attacks work

Hello,

So it seems that i am fortunate to not get Error 9000, but sadly when I join none of my moves register and the game seems to run, pause, run, damage done eventually.

Its like the game is out of sync and it might be lag, but I am unsure if its just me or not. Any ideas what I can do to test?

Sounds like the same problem I've been having every evening since beta phase 4. Attacks against enemies don't register, the target doesn't respond, although I can see other players attacking and killing things. Often other players are moving in fits and starts, all surging forward together for a second or so, then stopping, then moving again. If nobody else tags the enemy I was trying to attack then some minutes later I'll start taking damage from it even if I'm halfway across the zone by then, and my own healing skills and potions do nothing.

After dying I'm stuck on a black screen for as much as five minutes before the area around the aetheryte crystal loads in, then a similar amount of time before my character appears and I can move around.

Talking to any merchant or quest giver causes me to be stuck in place for a minute or more before any dialogue window appears, or sometimes the window just fails to appear after that time.

This didn't happen in phase 3, or in the morning/afternoon (GMT) in phase 4, but every evening in P4 without fail, and now it's happening again tonight.

Edit: stuck on a quest giver right now, it's been seven minutes since I clicked on him, nothing has happened yet and I still can't move or do anything besides move the camera around or talk in chat.

I'm on Orange, although I guess both of them could be doing some kind of traffic shaping nonsense.

Even with Orange/EE you still have a BT line so their throttling will affect you.

I'm having the same problem. It's like lag and it take the server like 30 seconds to register the commands I'm doing. It is NOT my connection, I logged onto another game to check and that's fine.

Yes, I'm on Orange as well. It started for me pretty much exactly at 7pm. I did a speedtest and I'm getting nearly 9mb download and 1mb upload speed, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. I reckon it will stop sometime around 10.
Surely there is something we can do? This makes the game completely unplayable!

I don't think it's quite tied, as chat latency doesn't seem to be affected. Color me as part of the crew, on Behemoth.
