SE has no choice but to fix it and they will, but the last thing they need is to bleed customers over something as trivial as this. even Yoshi himself said this game will not be released until its ready from what i'm seeing its about two beta's away from being ready. it doesn't take a scientist to figure out that open beta reared alot of issue's regarding server stability and that Beta should have been extended.

Dont spout that nonsense here, the Japan servers are working fine. SE failed to test there new US/EU data Centers and now there failing to deliver what was promised to customers(something you never do...ever)

Oh look a person who thinks they have entitlement to have something even though this is just a bonus for pre-ordering the game(Well unless you're a legacy person then you're lucky to be even given the chance to play during early access).

A bonus? This is the finished product. The game is technically released and you think it'll magically get better by Tuesday when even more people come in? They took the servers down and it didn't fix a damn thing. Stop trying to sugar coat a problem.
