Changeing Lodestone and Forums from german to english

Hi,

even tho im located in Germany id love to see the Lodestone page in english. Same for the Forums.
I changed the Forums to english but it still displays the interface with german text.

I play the game in english but it is giving me headaches that the information about crafts there is in german.

I changed language at my profile options but it is still all in german.
A little Flag at the website which switches between languages would be realy nice. :/

i think imanaged to change by changing square-enix site to eng. I reemember it was a har procedure, uti nefent my lodestone is english while in germany. ill find a way how i did it

Meanwhile i found the second language button for the Forums. So these are in english now. Unfortunatly i still havent figured out how to turn The Lodestone to english.
Hm and changeing the square enix site to englisch doesnt solve it for me because they hid the link to this site realy good there...if there is any.
I tried googeling the english site over google.com and it still automatically makes it german. This is getting frustrating. :/

Nope totally german.

Lodestone automatically determines the language. You may be able to change it by switching your browser language, but I'm not sure.

For example, it defaults me to NA although I live in north Europe. Haven't been able to change it to EU, but nowadays there is hardly even reason to anymore.

Well my system regional settings are set to japaneese ( for playing AiSp@ce) so it has nothing to do with lodestone language,

Check your browser settings. Many browsers like firefox allow you to specify which language they display a page in. The lodestone has header information for English, French, German, and Japanese. Since the information is there for all of them, your browser decides which one to use. In your language settings, you have to tell it to prioritize english over german. The down side is that ANY site that displays both english and german will show the english first (though if the header information is german only, it will not display english).

Settings in FF 4 can be founds in Options - Options - Content - Language where you will have the option to move english up or down the list.

EDIT (I just tested it by putting french first, and lodestone displayed in french, so this should work for you)

I changed Browser language this morning and YES! It worked the Lodestone now is in english.
Thank you very much for the help you saved me from alot of trouble.
