Why so we can wait over a week to get a generic reply?
Yeah, just cause they're actually sending replies doesn't mean they'll be useful
Is it just email? or live chat as well?
: / I understand your frustrations for I am in it too.Similarly,I understand their predicament for my occupation is of Game Development and Networking.I've been up for 3 days now attempting to meet a deadline and now that it is met,I expected to be able to enjoy this weekend in Early Access.I'm agitated and yes,a little pissed,but I know that they're trying to make this launch tolerable.They've revamped elements of the game and are attempting to work with what they have in front of them.I am no representative,but submitting a help ticket now and hopefully having things corrected before all the traffic hits that area is better than being stuck in the waiting list,complaining of it when there was ample opportunity to submit when the message was delivered.
@Seraseth It's just a email.I recall having this happen in Beta Phase 3 for me and having to submit one.In a few hours,my problem was rectified.

if they were trying to make the launch tolerable they would at least communicate instead of hiding in their headquarters some of us cant even get into the game to begin with so we dont even get to experience the issues that you all experience .... and you know what we get for it? NOT A SINGLE F'ing WORD hell i've even read that they openly deny the existence of the error I am getting
I'm not actually participating in any of the festivities at the moment mate.I'm in a similar predicament where I'm unable to access the game due to having been sent a PS3 code instead of a PC code...but as long as they're attempting to correct the issue,I'll wait patiently and tend to my studies.
[NA] [PS3 Version] Version Update Issue (Aug. 16) – We previously reported experiencing technical difficulties with the North American PlayStation®3 version where the error message, "No valid service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn" was displayed when trying to log in and unable to complete the version update . This issue has now been resolved and players will now be able to complete the update. We thank you for your patience while this issue was being resolved.

you are under the delusion they are doing anything at all ... its the weekend ... at best it will be monday before any of us hear anything from them then it wont matter because Early access will be over
Support Desk is only open for NA accounts......
And there is no guarantee even then that they will do anything more than send an acknowledgement email.
Been waiting over a week for my 20 digit windows code. 2 days of contacting "Customer (non)Service" and finally got 1 email acknowledging I had a ticket, and they would get back to me in the next 72!! hours.
