3. NPC recognises that I have 10 Dusk Goby, but won't accept them - their window of supply/provisioning offers just keeps refreshing instead of accepting the Gobies.

Neither I can deliver 'Vongola Clam'. There is something wrong with the UI in provisioning missions of Fisher.

I have the same thing, but with Chubs. 8 are NQ and 2 are HQ. The UI counts it as me having 10 fish and gives me feedback that I could hand in the items but when I click it, it doesn't take.

Since it's a single stack that is to be handed in, you need a single stack of 10 NQ or 10 HQ.

They fixed this for other quests that asked for a stack of things, but apparently fishing is yet to be fixed.
