Unable to leave duty. Linkshell and Free Company icons are greyed out. Error 90000.

Area and coordinates: Old Gridinia (X:14,Y:6) and East Shroud (X:11,Y:22)
Steps:
1. Accepted the Conjurer Quest "Trial by Wind"
2. After investigating the area, I disconnect/received an Error 90000 message.
3. I log back into the server and my linkshell/free company icons are greyed out and I am shown as still in duty. I try to re-investigate the area and disconnect/received an Error 90000 message.
4. I log back into the server again and decide to try and go back to Gridania. I talk the ferry back and disconnect/error 90000 at the aethernet crystal by the Lancer's Guild.
5. I log back into the server again and speak to the ferry guy again. I disconnect/error 90000 after initiating conversation with him.

Side note: I have also been disconnecting/error 90000 every time I speak to an NPC/try to accept a quest/change zones. When I try to summon carbuncle, the carbuncle doesn't show up.

Update: I am able to log in and accept quests on the PS3. My linkshell/free company/friends list does not work. Duty finder does not work. I cannot complete the "Trial by Wind" Conjurer quest.
