Game Crashing Intermittently with AMD HD 6700 Series

I have been crashing since Phase 4 (had zero issues in Phase 3) and now Early Access. I get the same error in the event log each time:

Faulting application name: ffxiv.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5215cce1

I have tried to change my drivers to multiple different versions, I have updated every other driver on my computer and I still crash. I have tried multiple graphics settings, I have tried setting all my Catalyst settings to application controlled. It seems to only happen when near other actual players, as I could stay in the "tutorial" section for seemingly forever without crashes, same for cutscenes. I can sometimes play 10 minutes or so, but it's seemingly random on when it crashes.

Experiencing the exact same issue but with 2x Radeon 6970. Didn't have it in any of the earlier beta phases, saw it in Beta 4 and now in release. Intermittent, sometimes an hour, usually less and then a crash.

I'd occasionally (if running fullscreen window) get a stutter and it would hitch but come back, fullscreen it is always a full crash. No other application has any issues I've been able to come across like this and it only started happening in Beta 4.

I have reformatted my computer and reinstalled the game and I'm still crashing.

Konkrete, you say it happens in full screen to you. Does another type work without crashing for you?

I've tried full screen, borderless windowed, different resolutions...still crashing. I had zero problems during Phase 3, so this is extremely frustrating. Same thing every single time.

Does anyone from the technical support staff even look at threads in here? I had posted one in the beta forums and received no reply, and I've been looking for a way to get into more direct contact with their support but there are only FAQs with useless information.

I have the same thing on my GeForce GTX660 , in town I don't have any crashes , but it appears when I come to the locations with mobs (sometime instantly crash , sometime I can play 1-10min and crash again).
I am tried to do many things , but nothing helps... Only Running with window mode just a little increase time before crash.
Tried to plug my older graphic card (GeForce GTS 8800 512) and its crashes as well but plays much longer.

    specs: Windows 8 x64(pure , without any sidesoft), intel core 2 duo E8300 , GeForce GTX660 , Ram 4gb

hasn't happened to me yet, but I did experience a spike of fps lag earlier which was usually the lead to similar crashes I experienced during phase 4.

Seems to happen when approaching a zoneline, teleporting and roaming around zones you haven't been to before.

If you guys with AMD cards are running the latest beta drivers, 13.8, they cause slowdowns, freezes, and BSODs. At least they did for me. The driver I use that has had no problems in P4 or Early Access so far are drivers 13.6. I have no info for those who aren't running AMD.

Here is a link to the drivers that work perfectly for me: http://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/AMD...13.6_Beta2.exe

Edit: I forgot to post my specs.
CPU: FX-8350 @ 4.4 Ghz, (slight overclock, no volt tweaking)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 @ 1025/1575 (slight overclock, no volt tweaking)
    RAM: 8GB DDR3 @ 1866Mhz
    OS: Windows 7 64-bit
