Buy the game on beta account

Ok I've been wanting to preorder the game using my beta account and e-mail and it says the credentials are wrong but when I go to account mannage it logs in normally... so it's like the buying page doesn't recognizes my freaking account... then i try to buy like I was trying to register the account again but it says the email and login already exist...

so my next try was going to the support page which for my surprise (not really cuz it's square enix) the support was terrible. You can't have a support chat if you're not american so i decided to do the most obvious, get the e-mail and send my problem but again for may surprise (not really since i expect this kind of thing from square enix) you have to fill a form in order to be able to send a simple e-mail and once again you can't do that unless you're american! You also have to have a playonline code to do so! WHO ASKS FOR A CODE TO SEND A SIMPLE E-MAIL?!

So I had to come to the forum to ask this, something I hate doing cuz of possible trolls and haters expecting I can give you money to play your game even with your terrible costumer service.

Don't get me wrong, it has nothing to do with it being a support in english, it's because the only country and states allowed to be slected are american and you can see from my english that a lot of foreign people do speak in english and also need support since it's only fair after paying for the game.
