Must have something to do with your ISP's Route, I'm currently reinstalling the game due to a DirectX Error, seeing if that helps. I'm getting 1.4MB/s Sometimes drops to 0.6MB/s though. I'm on a 15Mbit ADSL connection so I'm pretty much maxing it out.
