Getting the correct code

Hello everyone, so I've tried all the support pages multiple times and still haven't gotten my issue resolved. Right now I can't use my Early Access code because my account is a European region account and the Early access code I keep getting is NA code. I've opened up several tickets in hope they would A) give me a european code, or B) change my account to a North American region account.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do personally, or do I have to completely make a new account and lose ALL the progress I made during phase 4.

FYI: In the tickets I emphasized my problems numerously.

Yeah good luck with this. I redeemed my Early Access code, was never sent a 20 digit windows code. Now I see FFXIV on my NA account (no early access), and no game at all on my EU account (where it should be).
Been trying over 2 days to get it fixed, finally got an acknowledgement on one ticket saying they will be in contact within 72 hours!
