Why are the NA/EU servers getting problems like error 90000 & when JPN server are working without any problems? During P3, duty finder worked perfectly. Now it's bugged like crap. WHY??!!!

I got frozen in a black screen doing Brotherly Love, after relogging, it won't put me in queue at all, just loads up to an error 1017.

So I would like to know why there is an error 1017, why can't we just be put in queue if the world is full? I got that instance bug trying to do my lvl 5 marauder quest, i could still talk and look at the menu and move my camera around, but was stuck. Had to exit out and now I can't log in. And it keeps spitting me back to the start screen... rather than putting me in queue.

And I have also got the error 1017 while I was supposedly 18th in queue as well

got hit with 90000 while in a story quest cutscene, the one where you are in disguise outside of drybone. After this i get 3102 error no matter what character i try to log into for roughly 2-5 minutes (i assume the server is overburdened).

after logging back in, got hit with 90000 error again immediatly, did not initiate any quest or cutscene though.
