I tried logging in on Hyperion said it couldn't update the EU/NA world list, you know since this started I got to play this game all but 30 minutes, is the problem the server size is too small for the number of players in NA/EU?

Update:
I am no longer getting the "Currently logged in" error, but now when I log in and start I end up with "Unable to update Group NA/EU servers" however the world list, arrstatus.com and xivstatus.com all say that all servers are currently up.
