Error 90000 upon entering instance then unable to load server list

I haven't been able to log in to the game at all. Every time I try to log in with one of my characters (3 different servers) I get either error 90000 or 10102. I even tried creating a new char on a different server. Same error. It's not character-specific or server-specific. The last few times I also got a message that said it couldn't update the JP server list.

Your game is broken. Fix it.
