Errors 90000 and 10102 in a continuous loop for all characters, regardless of NA server. Can log in JPN servers fine.

I've gotten the 9000 and 10102 errors 6 times now just trying to log into my character... ALSO when I push the start button, it says: "Unable to update the Group JP character list."
