my cut scenes only plays half the screen

my cinimatic cut scenes are only playing half screen i thought that would be resolved after the last beta test but it seems to be the same for EA is anyone else having this issue? and kinda bummed that the servers are down again for EA seems how this isnt beta anymore sure hope they get this resolved asap!

Oh, I know this one! I had this problem too. It has to do with a security update that you need to disable in Windows. Let me see if I can find the solution I had.

Edit: Here it is! Uninstall KB2803821 from Windows!

Edit: I just watched the opening cinematic for the first time on the whole screen and its epic ty again for the help Ksamim thats why i love FF games there is always a great community behind them and obviously you are one of them that make it so

Windows 7 users could solve it by making sure they install the latest patches.
Windows Vista and XP users need to uninstall the offending patch until MS releases a fix for them.
Not sure about Windows 8.
