I just know of the ZAM wiki at the moment. Can Google that (on my phone so can do links right)

The two I know of.

I know Gamebreakers.tv is also working on one but I do not know the URL.

I have been using http://www.xivdb.com/ for hunting logs, as it has nice area indicators. Not sure how it is with other stuff though.
