    Error 2: The code entered has already been used.

    ok, im trying to redeem my early access code since 08/20/2012, but got the infamus error 3, now since 08/22/2013 im gettin Error 2: The code entered has already been used. but i just cant log in the game!!! when i try, i got this message:

    No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

    Proper registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station is required.

    * Users participating in early access must also complete registration by August 30, 2013. Using the code enclosed with your package, please complete registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.


    already contacted the support (Contact Time 08/22/2013 14:15), but i "will be responded to within 2 business days (48 hours) of receipt. (Contact Time 08/23/2013 08:09)" in 2 fucking days, the early acces will be gone!!!

    if some square stuff in this forum can help me, the Inquiry Number is 2551558

    im trying to stay calm, but its been pretty dificult

    I'm in the same boat. My email support ticket has yet to get any reply and phone and chat support are nonexistent until Monday. Ridiculous to have the help desk closed at pre-release launch.

    Good luck getting in before the 27th but I wouldn't hold my breath.

    In the same boat. No 20 digit windows key. No support till Monday.....looks like we are outta luck on early access.

    Very not happy.

    i know u guys hate it, but... blizz suport is a lot better... my problems at blizz was solves in some hour from first post... even in weekends...

    I ordered mine from SE via DigitalRiver. Got the email with my invoice but contained no pre-order code. A few days later SE emailed me, apologized, & gave me a pre-order code. Tried to use that code this morning, get Error #2. I submitted a ticket, but we all know there's no telling how long that will take. I called DigitalRiver & they said they would send me a new code...but it may take up to 72hrs.

    same here, got exactly the same problem as Sudono have
    got my EA code, redeem that code, I got Error 3 due to the high volume of traffic (SE said that...), then very next day redeem it again and ***DARAN*** horrible "ERROR 2" till now

    I refunded and then rebought the game. Second time didn't have this issue. I did this through the Lodestone Store.
