Account issue?? I don't know

I pre-ordered the collectors edition yesterday and everything seems to be working. I can log in game and play but have not received any items as of yet. I went to manage my square account and I see FF XIV but it is from the beta. I know that because it still says Jul 9 on it. I went to set up a software token and it tells me "* You are currently unable to use this service. The service will become available once you have purchased either FINAL FANTASY XI or FINAL FANTASY XIV and registered the accompanying registration code.". When I try to register my code it says "Code registration currently unavailable." If I can get into the game with the same account why is this not updating?

Follow the links, in the email sent to you. you need to register an account with SE.
If you don't have one, you need to make one.

You have to go through the "redeeming" procedure.

I already did all that. I can get in game with the same account right now so my head start was registered and my game code was registered. I am just trying to find out why my square-enix account management isn't showing the registered game code so I can set up everything else.

I think you'll find that the register codes will be closed until August 27th, at least that is what my take is on this as I also have: "Code registration currently unavailable" on my account. I'm only going to start worrying if I can't link the game key to my account when my game comes through the post on the 27th.

You won't get your pre-order and CE items until release day. Then they will be sent to you by Moogle Mail.

I'm having the same problem even though everything is registered and all. Its a problem on their end.
