File Check Option?

Since two days ago, I've been having issues with my game window flickering while in windowed mode. It seems to go away if I cycle through other window style options then go back to windowed, but this is rather annoying to have to do every time I launch the game.

My first instinct was to run a file check to see if something was corrupted, but I can not find any option to do something like this. Is it just hidden somewhere or does FFXIV not have a basic feature like this?
