I'm in the same boat. Filed a ticket on the 21st, and got this a couple days ago, and still no code.



I'm beginning to feel like I was phished or something, as this issue was answered in the ticket but has no mention anywhere else in support/the forums like the "error 3" issue.
I ordered from http://store.na.square-enix.com/DRHM...0#.UhjIx_RN-4r and my order confirmation number/product SKU came from webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com

I look up my order on www.findmyorder.com as the e-mail instructs, but there is no download button or code there either.

Can anyone who successfully got their code/order confirmation let us know what the body of their e-mail looks like? (edit out personal information and numbers, but show the person's e-mail who sent it)
