Level 20 GLA Quest

Steps:
1. Click on Mylla and Accept quest
2. Get error Message.
3. Click on her again and then get stuck.
4. Log out so I can move and play.

I believe its happening across all us/eu servers for that quest, goin through it right now on Behemoth

The maintence didn't fix this issue, still broken.

I think this is linked to their instance server problem
Marauder lv5 class quests have the same issue where the instance server doesn't respond and perma stuck the character for the session after trying to initiate for the second time, need to relog to move again
