Cannot patch my game no matter what I do. Please help! (screenshot included)

I have tried running in Admin, closing my firewall, and resetting my modem. I have no idea what it could be or if it's even my end that is the problem. I have been unable to patch since yesterday afternoon and am at a complete loss for what to do. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

bump, does anyone know if it's something on my end or on their end? I have been stressing since yesterday...frantically trying all sorts of stuff on my PC and modem and nothing works. I don't know what it could be and I'm desperate

Try going to the "boot" directory in your final fantasy directory and right-click each .exe file and select unblock. This got me past the 10019.

Where exactly do you see unblock? I can't seem to find it

Running Windows 7? right-mouse click each ffxivlauncher.exe, ffxivboot.exe, ffxivupdater.exe and select properties at the bottom of the menu. You should see the following choices, see pic. Click unblock. This got me past that error.

I see everything besides unblock. windows 7 64bit

This is how I solved that problem:
1. Check your folder there C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn (for Windows 7), and right click on it.
2. Click on Property, General, and uncheck the "Read only" line at the bottom of the window.
3 Press OK, and then open your folder "boot".
4. Right click on ffxivlauncher.exe, Properties, Compatibility
5. Activate Windows XP compatiblity mode

My DL and installs immediatly ran flawlessly once I did this, I hope that'll help.
Also, be sure to run as Administrator, still by right-clicking the ffxivlauncher, "Run as administrator".

You're not supposed to see it on properly installed programs of any type. There's something incorrect with his security settings, or he used that alternate download torrent.

I went through these fixes already :/ it still stops at a random point in the patch... is it possible that it's because of their end or their isp?

if you haven't noticed the servers are all having issues this morning, they are working on it, Id recommend trying to patch again after they bring them back up at 11 am PST
