P2~P3 all smooth, 60 FPS all time regardless of population in screen, FATE fights or not, at max I got a 1 FPS loss.

But since P4 I got random stuttering, game FPS drop even in desert areas, no fights, just me and a whole bunch of nothing and even so I lose FPS.

I'm sitting on 30-40 FPS with my GTX 650 TI... I am happy with my FPS, I couldn't care any less, it doesn't jitter... I don't notice any less... I dont see what you guys are bitchin' about.

You see sir, I sit with what i got, It's not unbareable to play, I see that because you think you notice less than 60 fps, you complain and blame the game, its not the designers fault for trying to make it look good and a good gameplay system, all I see is bitching because you aren't getting good FPS, Heres a hint, Turn down your graphics from 'maximum' of which clearly you think you can't handle.

There are areas where I get low fps, then change the camera angle slightly and get triple the amount of fps. My card also has very low GPU usage and underclocks itself in a lot of towns.

The only areas that seem to be utilizing sli are dungeons, but I get 100+ fps in them on a single card anyways.
Same issue with crossfire. I downloaded the 13.8v2 beta drivers. Wonderful improvement in the benchmark...in game...randomly it lags going from 38 fps down to 12...when there is nothing causing lag.

I run PLENTY of games , online and off, from the same HDD with ZERO stutter.
Unfortunately it can and will. Especially if you have a low rpm sata IE 5400. A lot of games now a days are being optimized specifically for SSDs. Now the other way to go would be the Momentus XT, which uses 4GB of Flash memory as its R/W buffer. If you take a look at the reviews, it performs almost as good, it not a little slower than the SSD. Besides, tbh you really don't need to buy a huge SSD, even a 120GB one is good enough. Most of your single player games don't need an SSD, it's mainly your online one, and the 120 GB SSDs are pretty cheap, even the good ones.
