Emergency maintenance is one thing, but just randomly turning off the servers with no regard for anyone is another. I was in the middle of something, and if I had some in game advanced warning, i would have been fine. But no, you gave NO warning about this maintenance on NA worlds and that just pisses me off a bit. Get your stuff stuff ogether Square-Enix. You act worse and worse each day.

There was advanced warring in purple stating the issue for about an hour before they went down. Not being able to enter the duty finder is a criti9cal error, and I'm surprised they left it broken for as long as they did.

I'm starting to be glad that I didn't get into EA. It's starting to sound like a phase 5. Lols

It's not phase 5. The EA has actually been pretty smooth compared to the last week with region code errors and the 3102/9000 errors. The servers came up right at 2pdt and there was very little queue time. The duty finder issue sucks but with everyone reaching 5/10/15 about the same time + dungeon's i'm not really suprised.

They said they knew there was an issue, but they USER to give us a post about 10 minutes before, and another a minute or two before. We got no warning, and the post they gave us an hour or so ago was more of a "we know what's wrong and can fix it". It was an issue with df and instances, not the entire NA server bank e.e

Some time after that there was another message saying they will be shutting down servers soon for maintenance. Not SE's fault if you didn't see it. The servers were still up some time after that message.
