If you haven't recieved your key yet and you used a hotmail to purchase the game i'm sure you've become excessively frustrated like i did, i spent about 10 hours today browsing the internet searching for possible solutions and boy did i confirm that Hotmail theory.

I bought this game at around 7 AM GMT+1 this morning, it's now 17:30 PM GMT+1.

Out of all this time i spent 10 hours and 15 minutes waiting, and troubleshooting - untill i finally decided to give the "Hotmail is bad" approach a try.

I went ahead and Pre-ordered the game on my Gmail account and wham bam thank you mam 15 minutes later; a key arrived.

I promptly went on to my first account and kindly requested a refund and claimed my newly acquired key.

Everything was smooth sailing from there

I'm sure there are other email hosts out there with similar issues, and i figured this would probably be a decent time to identify those instances.

The issue seems to be that hotmail security is scrappy co-co and just death-star's your code under the radar; leaving you wondering where your hard earned cash dissapeared to.

The fastest solution therefore i suggest is for you to make claim on that little refund they advertise and just re-purchase it on a Gmail account.

Also would be helpful if some have experienced similar results with other hosts so that we may add them to a "don't buy game with this email" list
