90000 and 10102 consistent error

Area and coordinates: Limsa Lominsa -> Vesper Bay
Steps:
1. Talked to the NPC to get on ferry from Limsa Lominsa to Vesper Bay. Paid 200 gil.
2. Error occurred after cutscene of ferry leaving Limsa Lominsa.
3. Kicked from game, got "Connection with the server was lost." error.
4. Attempt to log back in, reached character selection screen, press on my character.
5. After 1 minute, either 90000 error or 10102 error.
6. Consistent with steps 4 and 5.

1. Was trying to queue for Iffit in duty finder with a light party i invited.
2. We got a duty finder error, asked everyone to relog
3. When logging back in, got "Connection with the server was lost." either 10102 or 90000.
4. Attempt to log back in, reached character selection screen, press on my character.
5. After 30 seconds, either 90000 error or 10102 error.
6. Consistent with steps 4 and 5.
