    Arcanist lv.20 quest is bugged

    The level 20 arcanist quest is bugged. When your trying to enter the instance by the bridge you´ll either get stuck at loading screen or just kicked out recieving an red error message in the chat log=/ Alot of arcanists seem to be stuck here..
