    Error 2: The code entered has already been used.

    Has anyone successfully resolved this issue?

    I purchased two copies of the game, one for me one for my wife, directly from SE. My wife's code worked fine but I keep getting Error 2: The code entered has already been used. I was unsuccessful at getting a hold of support last night and so far no reply to my email ticket.

    Quite frustrating after dropping $100 on these games.

    I have not been able to solve my error 2 yet either. it's been 5 days of emails and nothing has come back accept auto replies. this lack of support is starting to piss me off.
