What is the quickest way to boost Free Company rep?

Greatly appreciated if anyone can spare a min to share their findings.

How does one go about increasing their Free Company Reputation?

Can you increase its reputation to maximum with all 3 Grand Companies?

I think you get it the same way as EXP/credits, and I believe you get that stuff from doing anything and everything. Beating enemies, turning in quests, doing FATEs, etc.

I heard that forming parties with people entirely from your FC and completing FATEs repeatedly is the fastest way to earn company EXP. You can get to rank 5 in very little time like that.

Idk but I feel like it needs to not be boosted my FC is already rank 4....... 4 days... with mass maintenance and half my FC getting locked out during Open beta... we only have 30ish members.

Not entirely sure my free company on Hyperion (Carnival) we invited all of our linkshell members so were sitting at 80+ and rank 3. It just seems to randomly go up. I noticed that most of our members started in Limsa and because of that we are recognized where it shows the 3 cities in the FC menu. However with little to no members form Grid / Uldah we have no recognition there. I'll probably test the full FC party for fates and see how that goes.

Ding Rank 5.... pretty disappointing to see it happen so fast.. granted we legacy players get 50% exp but still..
