A system error occured during event movement

I keep getting the message stated in the title when I try to initiate the quest "Into a Copper Hell". When speaking to the NPC Painted Mesa and selecting the option to begin the instanced quest, my character is frozen in-game while everything else continues as normal. This eventually results in the title message.

I tried to initiate the quest a second time but my character is just stuck, with no error message after five minutes. Is there a fix for this issue?

Edit: It appears this error is the case with multiple instanced quests.
Edit2: This also affects duty finder dungeons it seems.

Same here, except mine was while trying to do the level 15 archer quest instance "Violators Will Be Shot". This was the same thing that gave me a 3102 error during Open Beta and now I am frozen as well. Cannot log out either without force closing the client and I am hesitant to do that.

So it doesn't seem to be quest specific but global.

It also says it cannot join the Duty Finder so maybe that is the issue.

Mine is occuring on the Brotherly Love quest where I have to speak with Claxio in the forest.

I just tried restarting the client and am having trouble logging back in; I get the message that my ID or password is incorrect. Is this the case for anyone else?

Same here. SE traded my error 90000 from beta for this. This is getting ridiculous. I will remain a lvl 10 forever....

I'm having the very same problem in the Archer's Guild quest "To Catch a Poacher"... This is just meh. Specially if I need those quests to get BRD soulcrystal.
