No Pending Quests(after Envoy quest), lost main story quest?

Think my Main Quest is bugged after finishing Envoy. Can't progress into dungeons(not being given quests or markers). Was like this in Phase 4, just assumed was due to being beta still.

Time:9:00am(EST) aug 24 2013
Frequency:Always, logging out does nothing.
World name:Leviathan
Character name:Captain Falcon
NPC name:Whomever gives next quest(Momodi?)
Monster name:-
Class/Level:PUG 20
Party or solo:Solo
In-game time:9:30
Area and coordinates:11 9, The Quicksand
Steps:
1.Finished the Ul'Dahn Envoy quest
2.Saw cinematic
3.Quest is under completed tab, description says 'Perhaps the answer will revealed to you in the days to come'
4.No marker for the Dungeons or where to go next
