Yes, please bring back the ability to toggle quest tracking in the duty list! I don't want to see things like my DOH/DOL class quests while I'm working on the main storyline and sidequests.

I have no idea why the hell they removed this, but for the love of the gods put it back!!!
I hate having some random low lvl crafter quest sticking in the middle of my log while I'm trying to quest.

Yeah, I'm with the others. This is something that needs to be addressed. We have no control over our quest log other than abandoning quests in order to clear out the clutter.
This is now an issue every day with the beast dailies. They give 6, I can track 5. I can't untrack ones when I finish them to track the last. I have to go back, turn in the 5, then go back out and finish the 6th. The worst part is, you'd think that turning in 1, then the 6th would show(as the newest received), but it doesn't. It goes back to showing the other random quests I have in my log. This is getting very very tedious. People complained about this since day 1, now nearly 5mths later, they still haven't fixed a feature that every other mmo has by default.
Yes! Please give us control over organizing the list. It puts my OCD into overdrive.
Even if they don't give us control of exactly which quests we can see on the minimap, maybe they could just automatically lower the "priority" of a quest when it is finished and ready to be turned in.
This way we don't have to run half-way across a zone to turn in a quest before being able to see other areas on the minimap that still need attention.
At least they finally answered on this topic and are adding it in patch 2.2. About time!
