Pre-ordered the FFXIV ARR Collectors Edition August 13/2013 and did not receive an early access code in the email. And yes my junk/spam folder is empty.

Submitted a few tickets but it would seem phone and live chat services do not exist on weekends which today is early access.

Overall experience right now, I am not amused.
