Still cannot access main story line quest

My fiance's character still has no access to the main story line quest. This issue was supposed to have been fixed going into this weekend. This is game-breaking as she cannot progress past level 15 and cannot enter dungeons!

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know anything about this issue? Is there a developer or tech support person even reading these?

You have to provide more details than that. Why can't she access the quest?

I appreciate you replying in an attempt to help. I hope you or someone can actually provide some useful information that can fix this.

She does not have an active quest for the main story line. Only ones that have been completed thus far.

The last quest she completed in the log for the main story line quest was "The Gridanian Envoy".

The next quest should be "Call of the Sea"... but when you approach Baderon at the Drowning Wench he does not have a quest to offer.

This is the same bug that was reported by myself and multiple others during Beta Phase 4... and was supposed to have been fixed... I saw it in the list of "fixed" bugs from Phase 4... but it's still happening and she cannot access the quest.

This bug completely killed Phase 4 for both of us... It would be great if the devs could answer this.

Are you certain you didn't miss a quest giver? When you finish your third letter delivery there should be an NPC outside the leader's chamber/area who has the next stage of the quest. This is the one which then points you to Baderon.

I know I've missed talking to them before and then had to go back.

She needs to go back to the last city you visited and pick up the quest there.
You're sent to Limsa by one of the retainers outside the door to the council chamber..

The did in-game. Duty finder is broken. You can't advance until they fix it. Same thing as OBT.

EDIT: oh the quest giver is bugged my bad... the quest itself can't be completed either :/

I've noticed the meteor quest symbol vanish a few times myself today, so could be easy to miss it
