My PS3 code is invalid as well. I called sony and they verified they had SE had given me a European code instead of North American, and that there was nothing they could do to help and to contact Square directly @ 310-846-0345 or via their website.

I opened a support ticket support.na.square-enix.com on Aug 22nd, but have not had a response yet. (Ticket #2545233 for any actual support people out there)

It's not like I can use my EU code, and I got in trouble on the forums for trying to find someone to switch it with. heh .... So all I can do is wait it out. ._. orz Maybe live chat them later on today. I want my moooooogle hat! lol
