So if i'm reading correctly.
Even though I bought and own the original FF14, I do not get early access because I didn't subscribe for 90 days. Is this true or am I doing something wrong?

You're correct, just wait for official release.
There really needs to be a different message for those of us who are in the same boat as the OP...the way it's worded seems like we don't have an account at all, which really worries me.
Thanks for the answer
Yeah when you log in it is worded fairly ambiguously. However aslong as you have an account with the 'Final Fantasy XIV" registered to your SQEX account then when the game goes official on the 27th all you'll have to do is log in and go. Your P4/1.0 characters will be tied to your account np.
That's still worrying me--since they changed the SE website, my profile doesn't appear to have anything registered on it (though the SE Members page does show it, though it takes forever to find that spot). When I go to register just in case, it gives two options for the code type:
XXXXXX - 000 - XXXXXX - 000 (6 letters + 3 digits + 6 letters + 3 digits)
XXXXXXXX - 0000 (8 letters + 4 digits)
However...my registration card's code has a format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, where it can be either numbers or letters interchangeably.
I'm doing my best not to freak out just yet, but if this stops me from logging in on release I'm going to be pissed.
