    Steps:
    1. Checked the calamity npc, both retainers, and armoire. Unable to find Melancholy Mogfork and Lominsan Officer's Gloves.

    Notes:
    I am missing both my Melancholy Mogfork and my Lominsan Officer's Gloves. I did have the hands in phase 3 but not in phase 4 or now (but was missing Moogle Lance then as well).

    So will either of us be seeing our missing gear/items or should we just toss this to yet another SE FFXIV mess ups?

    Yeah, come on SE! Its the little things like this that are very important to us players! These items may seem like nothing to others, but players like us worked hard to get our now missing gear/items.
    I know there are greater issues at hand, like server population, but at least a response can go a long way for us!

    I put in a ticket 4 days ago about my missing Vanya robe... No e-mail response yet other than to tell me that the ticket was received. Pretty annoyed as my husband still has the one I made for him

    Well this is the reply I got yesterday:

    "Dear Customer,

    Due to the overwhelming volume of contacts received in regards to the launch of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn, we have regretfully been unable to respond to your request within the expected 48 hours. In order to prioritise time-sensitive issues, your ticket has been closed."


    Ok it is just a missing item. But it was an item I had in my inventory in 1.0 that did not transfer over; that is not my fault
    Pretty annoyed and now I have had to submit another ticket.
    If I could easily just make another I would, but with my 1.0 gear for crafting I can't reach the craftsmanship required yet to do so (!!) /sigh

    Hello there, folks! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your missing items. Technically, this isn't a bug within the game, but was more of an issue of data transfer.
