EU Standard edition "No vaild or active service account"

I just recieved my physical standard edition in the mail this moring, put it in my PS3 went to log in and then it came up with the message of "No valid or active service accounts available to play FFXIV" Even though i played the Phase 4 beta, have used my early access cod and it says on my account that i have early access. I have also linked my PS3 account and Square enix account 100% and it still just says the same thing over and over, it's getting very frustrating.
Anyone able to shed some light on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
