    Where is support?

    Is anyone from SE looking into these issues with Error 3 on the pre-order codes site?

    It amazes me that they would not have prepared for the high traffic especially after the issues with phase 4 that went on.

    Still no email from SE on support tickets and no response by the devs.

    I agree... wtf are people posting in "Technical Support" when there is actually no one providing said support...

    I had a problem with billing and it took me about 4 hours to get contact support on the phone (which isn't toll free). I also tried chat but once I got through the 2 hour queue, it just said no agents were available. :\

    That is okay, I ordered the PC Version, and I got a PS3 code, best thing is, I don't own a PS3, so I gotta wait till the 27th to play YAY!!!! I hate this game already.

    Honestly, a simple "hey guys, yea we know people are having problems registering their codes... we're looking into it" message... something...

    To be honest, I am probably going to say fuck it to this game, there's WAY to many problems, and I am not happy one bit on the communication of this company. IMO it seems like this is just a cash grab.

    Yeah 3.5 hours straight of entering my code and and hitting Refresh when it fails with error code 3.

    They're just trying to save what little they can before having to fire yet another CEO and lose yet another 10% of their net worth.

    why is that its a very small percentage thats still having issues every mmos have has this they just made the process to complicated so it made things worse than it should have been

    Just fair warning, not sure if this is your issue, but take a look at this:

    *IF* it is, I've been told in yet another forum thread that people are getting refunds and re-buying the game/getting new codes.

    It might be worth a try before you give up... If you decide to run by Gamestop to get a physical copy, be warned that they might be out of codes. They may have some "back up" codes still, but you have to specially ask for them or they don't give them out.
