Got ps3 code instead of PC

So I registered my early Access code before they fixed the Error 3 message and now I have a ps3 code and no PC one. I didn't pre-order for ps3 and now I'm stuck with it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I did the same thing. I put in a ticket. But I also probably did more harm then good by going to PSN web page, signing in on an id I had there even though I don't own a ps3. Found a way to redeem cards. and entered the PSN code there, thinking hey, this should fix it, I mean we can play it either on PS3 Or PC right? So soon as I do this it should work. WRONG, still get no results to get into the game. Thought it was worth a try none the less, but this begs me to wonder why would they advertise you can cross platform play your account if you can't even log into either or? I don't know but I'm beyond frustrated and my code is locked to ps3. Some insight from someone dealing with this stuff would be helpful, I hate hawking my support tickets.

Same problem here, customer service doesn't work weekends so wtf are we supposed to do?
