Registered code, opened beta4 client, no valid account...

So I registered my early access code @ preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com and everything went well... I got my code to download the early access client...

I just opened the beta4 client, since I heard it was the same, and logged in... It made me agree to the terms then after accepting a few screens, the screen went black... "quit" (ps3) then reopened only to find:

"No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn."

Is this just a bug until early release starts @ 2am PDT?

I didn't download the new client because my PSN is already attached to my SQUARE ENIX account from the last beta... also my SQUARE ENIX account is showing that I now have FFXIV registered as a game.

Do I HAVE to download the new client to fix this?

Yeah, I noticed... although has anyone tried deleting the beta4 client and just downloading the new early access client... I'm thinking of doing that...

EDIT... nevermind... I think I fixed it...

Ok players... I think I have the fix for the PS3 "no valid account" issue for beta4 client users.

I registered my pre-order early access code on the website then launched my beta4 client only to find "no valid account"

Checked this morning... still nothing...

BUT! I went to account management... redeem codes... then put in my code emailed to me after registering my gamestop pre-order code

Skipped the download of the client

Opened my beta4 client... BOOM... access. It's updating now.

PLEASE PASS THIS POST ON. I CANNOT MAKE A NEW POST TO ALERT FELLOW PLAYERS!

Confirmed. After the beta4 client updated, I was able to login and open the game.
