    I have the same problem.

    Server: Ragnarok
    Character: Teru Arcangelo

    Date: 8/24/2013
    Time: 2.30 PM, GMT +2.00
    Area: Everywhere

    Incident:
    The problem being the same as a Lv.20 PUG I can't get any EXP from monsters, quests or dungeons.

    But if I switch to my Lv9. LNC I do get EXP without any problems.


    In my case the problem did not resolve by moving to another area.
