Missing Achievements

This happened during Phase 4 but the achievements are still missing so I will note it here:

Name: Era Kreiss
Server: Ragnarok

Missing Achievement: Through The Gate II
Date: Phase 4, August 17th (or early 18th gmt+1 time)
Other Info: I was under level sync in Satasha when I leveled up from 19 to 20.

Missing Achievement: Mapping the realm (Satasha)
Date: Phase 4, August 17th (or early 18th gmt+1 time)
Other Info: The first time I did Satasha, my party did not fully explore the map before final boss. After we defeated the final boss, we went back and explored what we missed. Achievement did not unlock. I tried Satasha a few more times with different groups and explored the dungeon fully before final boss. Other party members' achievement would trigger before the final boss room.

Update for anyone else with this issue: Entering Satasha now gives you the achievement if your map was already complete! Hooray
