This is what they answered me:

"If you have pre-ordered the PC version of the game from the Square Enix Store, the pre-order bonus codes due to be sent out on 20th and 21st August to customers who pre-ordered the game on the SE Store are still being sent and we hope to have these with you in the next 24 to 36 hours. We deeply apologise for the delay and thank you for your understanding."

yeah some people seem to get a code in live chat but i can't find EU live chat
and makes me that there is no response from Dev's about this problem

i dont even have my code either idk whats up with this i pre ordered the collectors edition from 1.0 and im a legacy member and still havent gotten any email at all i def deserve early access

submit tickets but thats not really gonna help so only thing you can do is wait and hope you get the code soon
